酒店于2013年11月28日开业，拥有风格各异、尽显奢华的标准双床房、标准单人房、商务标准房、商务单人房以及各式套房110余间，客房内液晶电视、直拨电话、免费宽带、免费wifi、整体浴室、中央空调等设施一应俱全。酒店餐饮部汇集小厨房特色餐厅、宴会厅（大、中、小）、豪华包房22间，可容纳800余人同时就餐，主营御膳房私房菜、御膳房烤鸭、粤菜、川菜、杭帮菜、湖北菜等各式美食。
